Founder & Managing Director

After working for several years at QualiQuanti and committing herself for diversity and equal opportunities within the French Government, Laurence Lim Dally moved to Hong Kong and founded Cherry Blossoms. She is now between New York City, Paris & Hong Kong.

Laurence graduated from HEC School of Management, holds Master’s degrees in Humanities and English from the Sorbonne University and degrees in Mandarin from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the INCALCO in Paris

Marjolaine Moret

Managing Consultant

Marjolaine first started her career in Arts & Culture in Asia. Then back in Paris, she strengthened her communications skills by working for Edelman, before joining the Communications Department of the LVMH Group, leading strategic projects in CSR, Open-innovation & Employer branding.

Marjolaine studied in high school in Japan with the Rotary Club and graduated from Sciences po Lyon in Asian Affairs.

Zhuang Yin

Yin is a Shanghainese, holding BA (hons) in Visual Communication from Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Master degree of Fine Art in Creative Media from City University of Hong Kong.

Bettina Ding

Consultant

Bettina holds an MSci from the University of Bristol, and has worked several years in brand consulting – specialising in market and cultural research. Having lived in mainland China, Australia, Hong Kong, UK and Switzerland, Bettina’s passion lies in communicating the intricacies of culture between East and West.

Doris Wu

Cultural & Marketing Researcher

Doris holds a BA (hons) in Journalism and Communication from Xiamen University and an MA(hons) degree in creative media from the City University of Hong Kong. She has developed her passion for Eastern and Western art and culture and skills for elaborating impactful content, as a journalist for a TV station.

Jingyi Xu

Cultural & Marketing Researcher

Jingyi is from Hangzhou. She is passionate about cultural diversity. She holds a BA in English and Anthropology from Xiamen University, as well as an MA in Anthropology from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Sissi Liu

Cultural & Marketing Researcher

Sissi comes from Sichuan, having interdisciplinary background in Forest Conservation from Sichuan Agricultural University and in Anthropology from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She has developed a strong interest in cultural decoding, language learning, as well as interacting with people from every walk of life.

Erin Ding

Cultural & Marketing Research Assistant

Erin from California holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from New York University, and Master degree in Management from Columbia University. Living in different countries helps to shape her a great understanding between Eastern and Western culture.
