  • Manage the team based in Hong Kong: organize the work, train the team, supervise on-going projects
  • Ensure the client relationship regionally
  • Develop the business locally, answer project proposal, generate new business
  • Develop Cherry Blossoms’ marketing: website, communication on social media
  • Manage the office: human resources, accounting, administrative tasks

The branch manager would report directly to the Managing Director.


The right candidate would be:

  • An experienced manager, with entrepreneurial spirit
  • Solid experience in marketing
  • Smart, organized, passionate and ambitious
  • Having spent at least 5 years in Asia
  • With a perfect command of English, Mandarin would be a plus
  • Strong interest and background in Chinese & Asian cultures would be a plus Willing to take responsibilities very fast


We are looking for:

Curious, open minded, passionate and smart people, with solid knowledge and experience both in:

  • Chinese culture, humanities, sociology, psychology, art, literature, philosophy, design, linguistics
  • Marketing – communication, consumer behavior, market research 


  • Marketing and cultural research:
    On Western and Chinese brands, in various retail industries
    … and Chinese culture and trends
  • Market research analysis: summarizing and analyzing qualitative and quantitative consumer data, writing and formatting reports
  • Conducting consumers or professionals’ interviews

The right candidate would be:

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, marketing research, advertising or communication
  • Strong interest and background in Chinese & Asian cultures
  • Excellent written skills in English
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Mandarin is a plus

  • Final year students and master students in marketing, cultural studies, sociology, creative media
  • Strong interest and background in Chinese culture: history, art, music, and literature… and for brand strategy
  • Excellent – written and oral – command of Mandarin AND pinyin
